Please allow 5 – 7 business days for BUG-A-SALT to process your claim form.

WARRANTY POLICY:  BUG-A-SALT offers a comprehensive 1 YEAR WARRANTY policy against manufacturer’s defects on all BUG-A-SALT 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0 models, BUG-A-SALT CO2 SHRED-ER, and BUG-A-SALT BUG-BEAMS.  LIMITED WARRANTY against manufacturer’s defects will be awarded on a case-by-case basis (for up to 2 years after purchase date). The warranty policy and limited warranty policy are ONLY valid for customers who have purchased an authentic BUG-A-SALT from an authorized retailer, or accredited independent reseller, in the Continental United States.   Once you fill out the form, depending on the issue, we may ask you to try and perform some quick fixes and/or help you troubleshoot the issue. We may also require proof of purchase and/or a photo of your device to process your claim.  Please note, some customers will be required to return merchandise to BUG-A-SALT to process their warranty claim (BUG-A-SALT to provide a free shipping label for intact, un-disassembled products). 

On models older than 2 years, wear & tear are NOT considered to be manufacturing issues, and thus are not covered. Weather and environmental damage are also not covered.  Also not covered are doing bone-headed things like leaving your device on the BBQ or putting it in the oven. If you ignored the instructions to only use granulated table salt and put dirt or sand in your BUG-A-SALT, the warranty will be rendered null & void. 

Please note due to supply chain issues, BUG-A-SALT cannot offer replacement parts for any of our devices.  On our end, please note BUG-A-SALT is aware there are videos on YOUTUBE showing folks how to repair our guns.  Sorry to report, BUG-A-SALT is not affiliated with the folks creating repair videos, and we absolutely cannot supply parts right now (as the videos might suggest).
